    Yes you do. A complete full-body exercise program targeting every major muscle group can take as little as 30 minutes, four to five times a week.

  2. I don't see any results when I exercise
    Perhaps you haven't been working efficiently. That's where a customized fitness program, specifically tailored to your lifestyle, body type, and current fitness level can bring dramatic results. Even if your favorite food is a bacon cheeseburger.

  3. I can't seem to stay focused on working out regularly/can't stay motivated
