Adult Fitness Classes

Body Blast
A total body workout in only 60 minutes! Improve your overall fitness level through a combination of cardiovascular exercise, weight training and stretching. For seasoned exercisers, but beginners are also welcome.

Cardio Kickboxing
An invigorating workout and a great stress reliever. Combines kickboxing moves with conventional exercises like jump rope, weight training and stretching. Great fun and a greater workout for beginners and seasoned veterans alike.

Core Conditioning
A unique sculpting session targeting abdominal and lower back musculature. Strengthen your mid-section using pilates-based exercises, stability ball, hand weights, resistance tubing and guts.
